Workout around lower back issues

Hi comrades!

Sometimes i have lower back pain, i know i´ve the L4L5 and L5S1 compressed and the rainy weather comes sometimes hurts, sciatic pain to the back of the left knee.

But besides this i can still workout pretty well.

What i´m asking with this thread is to all of you who experienced some kind of back issues to share their experience and how you dealed with it.
Changes in the workout, what exercises you avoid, Kettlebell experience, PTP, Bear, etc…
