Working on Weaknesses?

I completed 5 ladders of 5 in my ROP with a 16kg bell last Friday
and Saturday will be my test day with the 24kg

While I have had success with my deadlift, pressing, pull-ups, chin-ups, pistols… etc,
I have relatively undeveloped bench pressing and squatting abilities

I have been thinking of using a PTTP format with Bench Press and Squat after I finish this cycle ROP

I could do 5 days a week of basic PTTP for Squat and Bench Press (does order matter?): Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

open-mat for wrestling is on Tuesday and Thursday

I would also continue my grip work on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday

Does it make sense to work on my bench and my squat?

Should I spend my time on other things as my long limbs give me a disadvantage in these areas or should I work to improve these weaknesses?
