PM is combination of swings (targets legs, back, lungs, heart) and get-ups (targets shoulders).
So my question is what about chest, biceps, triceps, calves? Are these muscles being either directly or indirectly worked by the 2 exercises?
In the book, he says to do no other weight training, so supplementing with bench presses wouldn’t be a good idea.
Please explain as I’m still learning.
