I've had great success with PTP (Power to the People) but I was considering a kettlebell or dumbbell snatch program to shed some holiday pounds. How effective is this for trimming a waistline?
I've had some knee problems including a patella tendon relocation surgery to prevent knee dislocations (which I was prone to). Will the high-rep nature of this workout be bad for my knees (the dealifts seem great for them BTW… strengthening my quads and hamstrings).
