is it just me or is the monday workout from the Fast 10s protocol (CP 2 x 5/10 and SN 2 x 10) seem way, way, way harder than the wednesday and friday workouts? on wed and fri i am up to 4 sets, but on monday i can only just barely squeak through 2 sets of snatch and front squat… and it has taken me 4 weeks to get those 2 sets of 10 too. the CP is going better, but the SN-FSQ seems hella difficult. is this something you’ve experienced too? or is it just a sign that i am weak at snatch/frontsquat.
