Im looking for some variety and diversification in my KB training. Can anyone share their favorite 1 hour workout? For example, heres one that killed me the other day, it took about 1hour and 30 mins:
-10 sets of 50 swings, 1-3 minute rest between sets. =500 swings with a 20K
-3 sets of Clean and jerks, 5 minutes per set with 3-4 minutes rest between sets. 1 KB, 24K, 70-80 reps per set, swithing hands every 10 reps for first 2 minutes and then switching every 5 reps.
-2 sets of jerks 10 with each arm, with a 32K
-10 sets of snatches doing 10 reps within 1 minute with a 24k=100 snatches in 10 minutes.
Big glass of chocolate milk, rest.
