What about a fitness assistant
The only constraint for the assistant is that they can’t physically do anything but they can show/tell you stuff anytime, anywhere, anything to do with YOU with respect to any aspect of nutrition.
If you want them to know stuff about you to help out, that’s fine to – what info would you like them to have to help better support you?
Have a think through your day from first waking up to going back to sleep – when and where would such an assistant – if you had one – offer you support? how and about what?
