Warrior Diet Help

Hello,

I have toyed with the WD for years…but i need help….

When I follow the diet…i have no problem with the eating part..but the mind starts to work on me and i tend to go off the diet…and then have to work hard to get back into it….i am 5′8" and weigh 250#….with a history of heart problems in the family..i want to lose weight, but the mental aspect is where I need help…..any ideas on how to keep my mind on following the diet…and ignoring the signals from my brain to eat and go back to the old ways….

Basically, I am trying to find ideas and suggestions as to how to keep myself motivated and committed to the plan.
