Waited long enough

I am finally getting to the point of ordering my kettlebell. I thought about ordering the US Kettlebell Adjustable Handle and using my Soloflex dumbbell plates. Like the idea of increasing the weight on the KB with stuff I already have, but am concerned with the rubber coating on the plates. Judging by what I have read, the regular KB’s with the neoprene catch on your skin.

I wish I could afford the DragonDoor KB and the ETK DVD but I just don’t see me having the funds until after the first of the year if then. If I had the money, I would still be kind of hesitant because I bought the Bodylastics resistance bands last year which are close to $120 and do not use them because I really do not have a good place to anchor them for certain exercises and not really getting a good pump on the ones that do not anchor to a door.

So in order to stay within my budget and get both a KB and a DVD, I have narrowed the KB choices down to two different brands for their 16kg size. One is from US Kettlebell and the other one is Christian’s Fitness personal brand. The handle on CFF’s version looks kind of funny so I am leaning towards the one from US KB but wanted to hear what you folks think.
