I’ve been doing PTTP (milit press, weighted pull-up, and deadlifts), and VWC together…my goals are increased strength not mass and increased endurance. Figuring PTTP leaves you relatively fresh and VWC does not leave you too sore I though it would be ok, I wanted to see if anyone else was on a similar routine and what their progress was or if anyone thinks there are overuse issues with this routine.
On a seperate note I was looking for a little feedback on a shoulder issue..If I hold my left arm straight out to my side, bend my arm at my elbow up to to sky and rotate down and back there is pain. Is this the rotator cuff injury I heard about? I have an appt soon with doc this my be premature but anyone know of good kb rehab exercises for that?
