So I see people with training logs here on a DD blog, on a blogger or wordpress blog, and elsewhere. Almost every blog I’ve seen at DD is a training log, not a discussion of training and recovery and life like Rif’s blog or Irontamer’s. Snatches get recorded separately on the 50,000 snatch site, which boggles my mind a little. I personally have notes here at DD where my trainer can find them if needed, in a spreadsheet on Google Docs where I schedule and track progress, and daily notes copied into the Notepad on my iPhone for trips to the gym. I’ve also got an active account at blogger.com. I should know better than this. I’m a Unix administrator. We do stuff one time, in one place. Who has optimized this down to one or two copies, max, in one online location, preferably with an iPhone?
