I found my 120 pound tire in a junkyard and it is perfect because the inside is hollow so I can throw some bells in there and just start plowing tread. Here was the Tractor tire workout of the day:
6 sets of sprints/ heavy pulls for 60 yards
Set
1 just tire: back pedal-60yards
2 tire+16kg: foward for 60yards
3 tire+24kg: back pedal for 60yards
4 tire+32kg: foward for 60 yards
5 tire + 40kg: back pedal for 60 yards
6 tire +48kg: foward for 60yards
my legs feel jacked and being that it was on grass it ate up some mud and made it harder.
