Timing the man maker swing session.

Privyet Comrades,

I started with kettlebells a month ago.

I’ve progressed to 5 minutes of swings, timed as follows:

I set the countdown timer for 5 minutes, start it, do a set of 20 swings, stop the timer, take 10 – 15 breaths, start the timer, do a set of 20 swings, stop the timer, take 10 – 15 breaths…..

And continue this till I’ve done 5 actual minutes of swings, recovery breaths not on the timer.

Next week 6 minutes.

I think I’ll be in good condition by the time I hit the 20 minute mark.

Am I timing my "time under tension" correctly?
