But seriously, if you want to get incredible kettlebell instruction from a woman who’s teams at the RKC certifications almost always win the Technique Competition, then you don’t want to miss this chance.
Plus, it’s the first HKC in St. Paul since the inaugural one!
It’s happening Saturday June 12th, 2010 in the home turf of Dragon Door headquarters: St. Paul, MN.
This HKC will be led by Master RKC Andrea Du Cane – the only female Master RKC Kettlebell Instructor, who has been there from the beginning of the Russian Kettlebell Invasion.
And if you’re planning on going through an RKC anytime soon, and if you want to improve your chances of not only passing but also surviving the weekend, then going through an HKC is the best prep work you can do to prepare yourself. Plus you can discount the price you paid for the HKC from your RKC tuition.
Along with Andrea, there will be a slew of fabulous RKCs assisting at the course. It’s a great opportunity to network and you can hear their stories with kettlebells and their businesses.
I will also be there (I have this habit of being commandeered by parents, particularly when it comes to kettlebell related things, and now I’m employed there as Dragon Door’s VP of Marketing, so it’s really a hopeless cause by this point, but luckily I love it) so if you have any other questions regarding training, marketing, products, workshops or other aspects of Dragon Door feel free to ask!
