Every day upon waking up I feel great tighness in my chest around the collarbone/clavicles area. To relieve it I tense myself trying to get my shoulders down (sort of as if I was doing the most muscular pose).
When I do this, sometimes I get a pop on the clavicles and it removes some tightness but not all of it. I have observed that the only time I feel completely loose is after doing heavy deadlifts. Looks like this stretches something.
do you think stretching by holding some heavy weight will help with this problem?
