Guys I think my Ketllebell is wrong in structure becuase when do the C&P I cant keep my wrist straight becuase the ball caves into my forearm and causes my wrist to go all the way back, when I try to re align my wrist with my forearm I feel discomfort on the forearm due to the weight. Ive seen other guys do the press and there wrists are straight in line with the forearm, do I have the wrong kettlebells or should i carry on and force my wrists to straighten up?
