The Party guide to working with a Physio

I’ve never been to see a physio before so I have no idea what to expect with respect to admitting to being a Kettlebell user and Gray Cook fan but does anyone have any tips for dealing with physios especially ones who may not know about Gray’s work but could gradually be warmed up to it?

I figured this might be a more useful general thread for those who are looking to treat an injury but aren’t sure how to work with a physio (I’ll leave chiros to a different thread all its own as I don’t want to ignite the chiro v physio debate).

(But chiros should feel free to chime in).
