testing dead lift max

I just needed to share this with someone. I bought the standard 300 lb Olympic set after reading Power to the People about 1 1/2 years ago. I have been training using the principles in Power to the People and Enter the Kettlebell since then. Blew out my ACL (not lifting related) and had it rebuilt last September, got the all clear to resume all exercise in Mid 12/09.

I never really tested my max before today but I was able to pull the full 300 lbs set. I know this is not a lot for most of you but I had set my goal when I bough the set to pull 300.
