Does anyone do deadlift singles as a workout routine? I'm wondering if there are benefits to singles vs the conventional 5 reps or vice-versa. I've had some problems getting 5 good reps in the deadlift no matter what the weight, but I'm able to go heavy with good technique on singles. more »
