Tactical Strength

What would be the best book or workout for tactical strength? I am going to be a cop and hopefully SWAT one day. I am going to need the strength to perform pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and be able to carry around 30-50 lbs of gear. Be able to sprint and run long distances with that gear on. Not to mention any type of CQB I would be getting while on the job. So that unnecessary muscle weight is only going to slow me down. I am going to need a marine’s strength and physique or something similar to it. I know I get asked about what equipment I have, but I would not worry about it because I have just about everything (bench press, dumbell, barbell, resistance bands) and will be getting kettlebells here soon.
