Hi — I’ve been lurking for some time and have learned a lot from the forum. I live in New Zealand, and have not found any RKC instructors near me, although I’ve managed to arrange some instruction next month when I’m in Australia for a few days. In the meantime, I’d be grateful if anyone would be willing to critique my swing form. I’d like to go on to the ROP soon; I can swing 100x in a set with the 12k, and usually alternate 12k high-rep swings with 16k sets of about 20 swings. For what it’s worth, I’m 52yo.
