I managed my 2 x 20 Close-grip Push-ups yesterday. I used HTTs for the last reps, and rested 3:00 between work sets, which should mean I’m ready for Uneven Push-ups.
But here’s my question. Do you do the work set of one side, then the work set of the other side, should you rest between changing sides, or it doesn’t matter??
If I do, say, 15 on one side, and then switch to the other, I doubt I’ll get 15 as well because my arms are obviously more tired now. So, should I just train one side a week, then the other the other week, or do all of the work sets of one side, then the work sets of the other, or what the heck do I do??
Anyone who has already gone through this step, or knows how this is supposed to work, please enlighten me! Thank you very much in advance
