Is it true that when doing waist below knee, butt almost touching the floor squats your feet need to be flat on the ground for the entirity of each rep? I have flat feet, and I’m not sure if it’s entiely possible for me to keep the feet flat. I tend to start off with flat feet, but once I get below the knee I find myself on the balls of my feet.
I’d like to start practicing pistols, but you need to stay with feet flat the whole time, right?
To get better, I can crouch down and lean back to have feet flat, but when I’m down that low with feet flat on the ground I’m off balance… can barely get back up without falling.
Thanks for any help provided.
