Hey guys, I just joined my college ultimate frisbee team. After playing some scrimmages with the other guys, I’ve realized that I should switch my training focus to my speed and to my vertical jump. I was considering the jump-swings from this article for my leap, but I’m unsure how to go about speed training. I have a 24kg KB, and a 32kg KB is on the way. I also have a free gym full of weights and barbells (but they don’t like it when I tried to DL PTP style, too loud I guess
). I would like to continue with my ROP press ladders as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
