I’m having trouble with the kettlebell pinching my palm at the bottom of my snatch. I’ve tried what everyone calls "hooking" the bell, but naturally at the top of the snatch the bell falls into my palm, and then on the way down I can’t avoid the handle pinching the top of my palm (right before my fingers). I can do snatches with workout gloves, but I’d like to try to do them with bare hands.
Does anyone have any advice on how to improve my snatches to avoid pinching the palm at the bottom of the swing?
