This translates in the scenario where a lean, muscular physique will automatically burn more fat than someone who has a lower muscle mass.
Okay, you say, then there appears to be a Catch 22 here. How do we develop that fat burning machine when we are starting out, and are somewhat (or more than that) out of shape? Great question! Here’s the answer.
