?s about ETK and Convict Conditioning

A little background. I discovered kettlebells shortly before ETK came out it became my first kettlebell experience. About a year ago I read some articles here by Bud Jeffries about mixing swings into your workout. So my new ROP looked like:

1 C+P Left
1 C+P Right
1 Pullup
10 Swings

2 C+P Left
2 C+P Right
2 Pullup
10 Swings

3 C+P Left
3 C+P Right
3 Pullup
10 Swings

ect…

I had to cut way back on reps and rungs at first and dropped back to the 16kg. I’m now using the 24kg again and am on pace to hit 5 ladders of 5 rungs later this year. Once that goal is reached I’m unsure of what to do next. I’ve been doing mostly NW on my variety days and have been considering purchasing a copy of Convict Conditioning.

I really like doing the swings between sets and am wondering if I could keep doing this with CC?
I am under the impression that CC aslo has variety days and I wanted to know if I could still do some ETK, either PM or a truncated ROP, on those days?
