a friend of mine who is also into kettlebells gave me this routine he does and i was just curious what you guys thought.
40 on / 20 off
1. Two Handed Swings
2. Left Arm Presses
3. Right Arm Presses
4. Pushups
5. Front squat holding the bell by the horns
6. Left Hand Snatches
7. Right Hand Snatches
8. Left handed squat into press
9. Right handed squat into press
10. Swings
rest 3 minutes then repeat one more time.
i tried to the 40/20 tempo and it was way too advanced for me i changed it to a 30/30 tempo and now i am able to get through it.
any thoughts or comments would be great.
