I have just completed a blogpost about the 1st ever HKC held in AZ last Saturday (March 20th, 2010). It took place at my training facility in Tempe and was taught by none other than Master RKC Mark Reifkind ("Rif") with assistance from his wife, the "Queen of Swing", Tracy Reifkind!
It was an awesome experience just to be a part of (as an assistant and host) and I’m sure the attendees got a ton of great information out of it. Check out my blog and watch the videos of Rif in action teaching the "art" of kettlebells!
