Went to the doctor recently, and after a routine EKG and 24 hour heart monitor, found out I have a resting HR of 33 BPM. I’m a very active guy, I train Muay Thai, just finished a cycle of Viking WC, and have been training with kettle bells for 1 1/2 years. My doc’s a little concerned about the low HR, and I’m in the process of seeking multiple opinions and all that, but just wanted to ask…..anyone else out there have an extremely efficient ticker/high stroke volume?
