Pavel recently wrote an article that appeared in "milo" dec.’09 where he cited an example of rests between ladders. Essentially you walk a certain distance between reps on heavy days and double the distance on med days and triple the distance on light days. However, what’s a good guideline for rests in between sets for rtk? I just started my first week on the rtk and i find that i’m getting through my workouts pretty quickly. Also are there any supplemental exercises anyone would recommend on this program. In the article etk+ pavel includes pull-ups on heavy grind days and even suggests using barbell lifts for some of the exercises. Any advice?
