1. I don’t have a barbell or a bench, so I do kettlebell floor presses, currently up to 4 with each arm with a 32kg (70#) bell. Is there any way to approximate how much would my maximum bench press be based on that? My goal of a sort is bodyweight benchpress (I am around 190#).
2. I am getting a barbell soon with just enough weights to do a suitcase deadlift (~100# total weight). That will probably be too light for a floor press, but once I can afford more weights for a regular deadlift (~200# total weight) I will also be able to do floor presses with barbell (as described in PTTP). So my question is – if comparing kettlebell floor presses (one arm at a time) with barbell floor presses – are there any advantages of one versus another?
