I am going to start the Atkins Diet because I want to lose a few pounds. I am currently in the middle of the ROP with the 24kg. KB (I am 175 lbs.). I have done some research on exercising while on the Atkins diet, but have gotten mixed reviews. Half of them say that heavy exercising is not needed/detrimental, and the other half says it is perfectly fine to exercise while on the diet. I do not know the accuracy of the information I received, so I was hoping that some of my fellow comrades might have personal experience or reputable information on the subject. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
