I was wondering if anyone could answer how Convict Conditioning ended up with Dragon Door? It seems like a really great book that somehow manged to live up to the standards of Dragon Door books. I am only familiar with Pavel’s books and now Convict conditioning but my question is who is responsible for both these authors finding dragon door? How did Convict Conditioning meet Dragon Door?
