Question for Brad Johnson

Brad,

First of all I would like to thank you for writing the articles on DD to share your training with this community. As we all know you have accomplished many bodyweight feats of strength. My question is, do you work on a couple skills at a time in order to achieve them faster or do you practice for more than a few skills at a time? The reason that I ask is that I am working on several skills right now and I feel that my progress is relatively slow? I have been working on the front lever, one arm chins, hspu, and now I am beginning to train for the one arm push up. Do you think I would be better off prioritizing the skills and working on less of them? For example I have been working towards the front lever for almost a year now, and I really want to nail it. Also how do you work in your conditioning routine without having a negative effect on the strength skills?
