I started CC from step 1, doing the Good Behaviour routine (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays), on the off days i do KB swings and snatches.
I intended to spend a month on each step. Starting the month with the beginner standard and ending the month with the progression standard.
I am approaching the end of step two and I can complete all the progression standards except for "under the table pull ups".
But it has got me thinking, i am only doing each exercise 4 times a month before moving to the next step. Even if i am meeting the progression standard on schedule, is 4 times each enough? Should i spread each step out over two months to build an even more firm foundation or should i continue spending a month on each step (providing progression standard is met)?
your advice is most appreciated.
