I was thinking about doing some crush curls on my Rop variety days. Those are what I want to do but I figure they would overlap with my CC Pull up progression. I would do the pull ups on Tuesday and the crush curls on Thursday. The goal is to get a little chest work in. I don’t care about a massive chest but I wouldn’t mind getting in a touch more strength and hopefully the budding of size. I like the crush curls because they are compound but they also get those curls in. I feel like bicep curls are the one single joint exercise that really helps lifting heavy stuff.
I figure that chest fly’s would be another good choice for variety days but I was unsure if those would really help with anything but bodybuilding. Any advice?
