I’m a 6′1 male weighing 205 pounds with 19 percent body fat. I currently have a severe leg injury so I won’t be able to dead lift. I plan to still work on my upper body in the mean time. My plan is to do the bear routine with the shoulder press. I will be taking a protein supplement.
So in other words I will be sitting on my ass all day eating and doing the bear routine with the shoulder press. How many calories a day should I eat. I want to develop muscle, but not gain any fat.
