Qs about Fast Tens program

Greetings!
Just started week 1 of the Fast Tens program and have a couple of questions, hoping someone can help me out.

1. In week 1 Monday the double asterisk by the SN+FSQ states the following: ** 2 x 10 means two sets of five reps. One squat and one press equal one rep.
Now, English isn’t my first language so I’m not sure I understand it correctly. Can someone break it down real simple for me please?

2. What is a comrade to do after 6 weeks? Does the cycling continue (7×10, 8×10, cycle back etc..), does the KB weight go up, exercise selection switch..?

3. Your own experiences with the program, gains wise etc.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
