PTTP + Spetsnaz Standard + ETK

Hi all, I’m new here and it’s a pleasure to write on the one of the best training forums!
I’m preparing a new training for me, what do you think about:

Deadlift by PTTP standard – From monday do friday
Spetsnaz standard – How to Reach the Spetsnaz Standard: A Conditioning: Tactical and Martial Arts article from Dragon Door Publications – monday/wednesday/friday
ETK elements – C&P and Snatch ( I’ve finished program minimum last week) – thursday and tuesday

Most important for me it’s pull up, that’s why i’ve chosen Spetsnaz Standard. At the begining of 2011 i must do 16 pulls do pass the test with best grade (right now i’m at 10/11 pull ups)

I’ve tried Fighter pull up training but for me the pull up ladders are more effective way of building endurance on the horizontal bar.

The training name is PeoPLe (Press, Pull, Lift)
