I’m just wondering how many days a week one should be working out while doing a PTTP Cycle. In the book it isn’t specified how often one should workout. (Maybe it is and I missed it.) But in the Flexible Cycle chart the workouts are Mon – Fri with Saturday and Sunday off. Is this type of training designed to be five days a week?
Also, how many exercises should one work in a Cycle? I was planning on doing Front Squat, Press, and Pull Up.
