So, my questions:
1) Does anybody use bigger jumps (5kg or 10lb) in PTTP deadlift?
2) If you use them, how do you plan your cyce? Do you use waves to make cycle longer?
3) When you try to make new cycle RM do you still add 5 kg or 2,5 kg?
Well, for the next cycle I see 2 variants:
1) 110-115-120-125-130-135-140-145-150 (new RM, end of cycle)
2) 110-115-120-125-130-135-140-145-147.5 (new RM) – 150 (new RM, end of cycle)
