PTTP: deadlift, 10lb jumps. When?

Finished privious deadlift PTTP cycle with 140 kg and decided that 2,5kg jumps had given to much work close to cycle RM in the end. In this cycle I used 5 kg jumps and reached 140kg in 8th workout (began cycle from 105kg) and in 9th workout I made new cycle RM – 145, but I`m not sure that my form was perfect on last reps.
So, my questions:
1) Does anybody use bigger jumps (5kg or 10lb) in PTTP deadlift?
2) If you use them, how do you plan your cyce? Do you use waves to make cycle longer?
3) When you try to make new cycle RM do you still add 5 kg or 2,5 kg?

Well, for the next cycle I see 2 variants:
1) 110-115-120-125-130-135-140-145-150 (new RM, end of cycle)
2) 110-115-120-125-130-135-140-145-147.5 (new RM) – 150 (new RM, end of cycle)
