PTTP Bear Program 2 or 3 Times a Week

Hi All,

Just want some feedback on my Bear Program I’m about to Start. I will be doing the Following:

Workout A
– Deadlift – 1 set of (100%of 8RM x 5rep) ,1 set of ( 90%x5rep), 10 to 20 set of( 80% x 5rep)
– Overhead Press – 1 set of (100%of 8RM x 5rep) ,1 set of ( 90%x5rep), 10 to 20 set of( 80% x 5rep)

Workout B
– Deadlift – 1 set of (100%of 8RM x 5rep) ,1 set of ( 90%x5rep), 10 to 20 set of( 80% x 5rep)
– Flat Bench Press – 1 set of (100%of 8RM x 5rep) ,1 set of ( 90%x5rep), 10 to 20 set of( 80% x 5rep)

Tuesday : Workout A
Saturday: Workout B

I’m planning on doing a Wave Cycle for about 12 workout as suggest in PTTP Book.

What I want to know is:

1 – Should I alternate Bench Press and Overhead Press per Cycle or stick to my current program (Alternating with BP and OP) on the same cycle?

2 – Will 2 times a week be enough for mass or should i increase to 3 times a week? (Might be hard because of judo training)
