Proper form and tips for incline bench press?

Hello all,
In Beyond Bodybuilding, Pavel outlines the proper form and techniqe for the flat bench press. I was wondering what the party recommends for form and technique for the incline bench press? For instance, in BBB he says to push your chest out, have an arch in the back, push your legs into the ground, and on the concentric portion to push the bar towards your feet. Any tips for the incline bench?
