Program Minimum Works !!!

Comrades and Comrades-To-Be:

The Program Minumum works ! 4 hours of snow-shovelling Friday night, 2 more Saturday morning. When I lifted the shovel, I did the HS lock, tensing the thighs and glutes at the top. I was fatigued yesterday, but not sore today. In the past, I would always be sore.

I figured, I would not be able to get to the YMCA to work out with the KBs, I would turn the shoveling into a workout. So I focused on form. It might sound silly, but try it next time.
