I worked up to double pressing the 70lb kettlebell and the 53lb kettlebell 1 to 5 for five ladders for a while. Two weeks ago, I felt it was too easy and decided to work with the 80lb kb and the 53 lb kb. I could not do more than two reps with these kbs. so I did 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2. for 2 weeks. I decided last night to go back to the 70 and 53 and it felt so heavy. I could not get passed three reps. I did 1-3 for 3 ladders. Why did I lose so much strength. I was not tired at all and felt great.
Another question is my left arm is weaker than my right. How could I bring up my left arm strength.
