I did my presses today and for some reason changed my grip. I really let the bell hang off my thumb and worked my wrist against it, almost as if I were trying to give a thumbs up as I went through the groove. My rear delts were activated like never before and I didn’t get anywhere near the reps I normally do. Is this good, bad, a simple variation, or am I going to explode my shoulder? I’ve read ETK, lots.
I’m pushing my thumb one way and the heel/pinky side of my palm the other.
