Hello Everyone,
I’m trying to locate info on different totals for a power lifting event given your weight. Say, a beginner, intermediate, advanced weight goal(Sqt+DL+Bench) for your weight. I thought it would be easy to find but not much luck. Ideally this would be without gear, or no more than a belt.
If anyone can help me out, even Rif just giving a rough break down, it would be appreciated.
