Power to people book/DVD

Hi again

I have been following the power to the people, I first bought the book and DVD, after I lost my mum last year to cancer, it left me with severe depression which has been very hard on my life.I needed to get inspired to keep going basically, I want to know if the exercise will boost my testerone and my metabolism if done correct, I know people here are not docs, but I thought some may no, Pavel inspires me to train now, so I really need some info on this, ie testosterone etc, I am not into get big, just strengh and tone,and good body fat, I didn;t want to follow and other routine as its quite fatique on my depression etc, So I wanted and exercise routine like power to people to help me.

P.S I feel stuipd putting this on here, but I didn’t know who else to ask.
