I have been following the power to people routine, I have never trainned with the dead lift before and I am loving it! It feels really good.

Can I lose weight with power to the people routine, with cardio, good eating, and the techniques in the book.
I am doing some other stuff from pavels training, But I dont want to get big bulk, Just lean, with power, Ie the Bruce lee type look.
